Legal Preparedness for Southeast PA

As a public health professional, you need excellent skills and fresh ideas to plan projects that engage your target audience and achieve results.  This workshop gives you a systematic approach to project planning using a method that promotes effective decision making through a process that graphically displays thinking.  Using the Solutions Map model, you will be able to use a proven strategy to gather, organize, prioritize, and present information.

About The Solutions Map Model

The Solutions Map model is a planning strategy creates a road map so that you know where to go and how to get there.  The process enables you to capitalize on talents of your project’s stakeholders, who may include members of your target population, key staff in your organization, and external partners. A sense of energy, commitment, and accomplishment is created as your stakeholders move from generating ideas to developing a well-defined action plan that identifies tasks, assigns responsibilities, and sets deadlines. Ultimately, a project infused with innovation and creativity is developed to meet the identified needs and wants of your target population.   

Dr. Bob WilsonAbout The Trainer – Robert Wilson, PhD

Dr. Wilson is the founder and president of Keystone Training and Consulting.  Keystone Training and Consulting creates solution focused workshops for businesses, schools and non-profit organizations and has conducted over 800 professional workshops.  Dr. Wilson received his PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and completed a Post-doctoral study in Vocational and Career Counseling.  He is currently an adjunct professor at Duquesne University.
